This was a fantastic book! As an Olympia native it was a joy to read as well. I was really on board right until the end. I didn’t really buy Owen and Clyde’s relationship. And the sexual content felt really out of place for me. Overall this book gave me a lot to think about, is the bird a symbol for queerness?
