I loved this book. I had to stop several times while reading because of life and I wasn’t in the mood to read. I’m glad I took those breaks because it made the experience more enjoyable. The last half of the book was the best part. Seeing the character growth of all those characters was beautiful and heartbreaking. Watching Aru Shuh keep her feelings inside only for them to be fully manifested in this book was profoundly raw. We experienced many levels of loss and betrayal in the book. I have high hopes for some characters and uncertain by others moving forward! I can’t wait to read the next book.
