You know when a book gets hyped up so much that you think it can't possibly be that good? This one IS that good.
Readers be warned, there is sexual content and extreme violence. I'd liken it to a mix of How to Train Your Dragon and the Divergent series. It's compulsively readable and has just enough steam to keep traditional romance readers interested. The writing style is so straight-on, it wants you to fly through it. I loved the portrayal of Ehlers Danlos syndrome, especially in the accommodations that Violet creates for herself. While the plot was predictable at times, I still loved every minute of it and can't WAIT for the sequel!
Fourth Wing is going to be a phenomenon, just you wait.
