As a school librarian who uses He/They pronouns, Newt is a character I will be referencing forever to help explain my identity to my students. I walked in expecting a found family/celebrating our differences comic book and walked out absolutely obsessed with this world of 'irregularities' as well as the representation and messages it gave whilst simultaneously being such a fun and beautifully illustrated story.
