You Are Not Alone
by Greer Hendricks, Sarah Pekkanen
This was a bit of a wild ride ! Although they have been recommended to me before , this is actually the first I’ve read by this author duo. I can see why they are a popular writing team . Multiple POVs keep you on your toes in this book . Although the beginning can be a bit slow as the accident unfolds and Shay begins to cope with witnessing such a horrific event , by the end you will be turning pages into the wee hours trying to fit the last puzzle pieces together. I adored the added “Data entries” at the start of new chapters ! Such a unique and fun touch . The self reflection & identification the MC has with the victim is an added creepy aura surrounding you while you read. This is a book where you have to discover new clues alongside the main character to try and solve the full mystery of what is happening/has happened. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you check trigger warnings prior to reading this novel since there are quite a few big ones.
