These two have had a rivalry since freshmen year without even talking to the each other. 

I don't know I didn't really feel a connection to either of them. Their hatred/rivalry came from misconceptions and never actually knowing each other. 

Shane rubbed me the wrong way the entire book and I don't feel like he redeemed himself for being a dick so much for absolutely no reason.
