I’m confused. The tale was good; I knew absolutely nothing about the actual legends of Eros or Psyche. The entire story was new to me, and I quite enjoyed it. But I “read” it in the audiobook format. I’ve done audiobooks before but those were mostly self-help and felt more like podcasts than a story. I really should not have tried this format, I think. It really reduced the fun for me. I’m sure the narration was great; but listening to stories in audio format may not be for me.
