a very cute summer read with lovely vibes. there was a bit much going on - the romance, the painting, the bike race, the sisterhood, etc - so some things got a bit lost at times. the writing felt very historical, but at times i was like ?? and had to just take a guess at what the author meant. the dual pov worked really well especially since both of the characters were making some crazy assumptions about each other lol.
