This was great. The writing was beautiful, the story was a little dark, yet warm and touching. I loved the characters, I believed in them, felt for them, cried for them. When I finished the last line, I just sighed, heavy and sad and content. Yes, somehow all three. The Bone Houses was different, unique, and just beautifully done! I look forward to seeing more from Emily Lloyd-Jones!
