This was a book my friend recommended to me, and it did enjoy it like she thought I would. I will be honest, this wasn't my favorite thriller, but it was pretty good. I wish I could go into why I'm not in love with it, because I can't think of a single reason not to be, but the most I can say is that it wasn't as thrilling as I thought it would be. I guess I was hoping for more, but I can't exactly say what that something is.

This book, sadly, won't be a go-to recommendation for me. It is a fun read, but it won't be the top of my list for my friends who enjoy thrillers. It is nice, with interesting characters, but not amazing. It is a page-turner though! I just wish I could identify what is missing for me. Until then, I give it 3.5 stars.
