Wow, I'm so sad the series is over but I am so excited I have discovered Maggie Gates because she is an amazing writer and I adore her books. I have to say, I think Fire Line might be my favorite yet which is saying something because Dust Storm and Downpour were easy five star reads and just so good. One of my favorite things that Maggie does is not write your average FMC; they always have such spunk and character and are so bold and brave. I loved Lennox's story; she's had a hard life and is struggling but she's fierce and strong and determind and doesn't take any crap. CJ is the perfect complement to her, because he sees the real her and loves her through it all, no matter her past. Their initial meeting and interactions were so good, and I liked the dislike to lovers we got to witness. Those Griffith men are just perfection! Maggie Gates knows how to blend the perfect mix of sweet, swoony, sexy, angsty, banter, and family. This series is incredible and I highly recommend!
