Brainwashed
by Nyla K.
"We all have good in us. We all house evil. The extent to which we practice it is what separates us from them."
So this is love...
ugh never ever did I expect to find a book that just captured me fully and embraced my true crime nerdy self, especially to the point that I caught things that someone wouldn't know until you are finished with the book or if you are obsessed with true crime and you picked up the little easter eggs throughout. After I finished this the first time I read it again, twice in 2 days!
Nyla is has found herself at the top of my new author finds for this year and we are only in March! I mean I love me a good spicy book with all the spicy scenes kind of sprinkled throughout but this series is without a doubt top tier for spice.. if that's your jam anyways and it is without a doubt mine!
Going into books blind is sometimes a scary thing for most but I fully embraced it with this series and I am and was not disappointed in the least. I just want more, especially now.
I know I should give at least something about this book but the most I will say because holy fuck are these books so interconnected it is no joke that you need to start with Distorted in order to get the full experience from everyone.
The only downside to finishing this book is now... the wait.
I need more. I am craving more from this world and everyone in it.
That tidbit will have to hold me over until the next one but I have lingering questions now but I know they will get answered in the next book.
Now off I go to get lost in all of Nyla's words because there is no way that I cant not read more..
Until the next ferry comes to take me back to Alabaster Isle.
So this is love...
