The Therapist
by B.A. Paris
Alice and Leo move in together after being in a long distance relationship. They purchase a home in a cul de sac where the whole neighborhood knows each other and Alice desperately tries to make friends. Alice then finds out that the woman who lived in the home before them was brutally murdered. Leo had kept that information from her and now Alice is on a mission to find out who killed her. I think The Therapist had a really good plot but the protagonist kind of ruined it for me. Also, a tad predictable.
This book was a page turner towards the end and there is some action that I appreciated but being in Alice's head the entire book was very frustrating. If this was a multiple POV, I think I would love The Therapist more.
