Loved this book! I’m a huge slasher and horror movie fan, so this is basically my favorite movie genre in book form (win win).
The most unique thing about the writing style was that the main character, Jade, is also writing a series of papers for her history class, called Slasher 101. These papers are mixed in between chapters and showcase her knowledge of slashers.
I loved the character dynamics and dichotomy between the different classes. I didn’t find all the characters lovable, but they were perfect for their roles.
The ending was slasherrific!! So much love and compassion for Jade… on to book 2!
