A useful insight into the depth of the authors experience with depression and the weird stuff it made her do. It made me laugh at some intervals (which was the authors intent) but also it made me realise I am considerably lucky to naturally try see the bright side and not only see the dark. It made me thankful that the dark times I have are momentary, temporary and reactions to actual negative events and not just my 24/7 state of being.
