This is my second book by Emma Mills, and I loved this one just about as much as the first. There's just something so genuine about her books, and it always makes them such a fun and pleasant read. They're short but still so full of depth, and I love the nuances of friendships, family relationships, and romantic relationships that are usually showcased, especially in this book. It felt a bit weird to be reading this at the same time as If We Were Villains, because this one also features a Shakespeare play but on an entirely different level, but I still loved seeing how that centered the book and brought everyone together, in a way! Overall, I really adored this, and will definitely be continuing making my way through Mills' backlog!
