The Last Seer
by Davidson King
Bashiri is the last seer, the last of his kind and really wanted to be with vampire Petru. Unfortunately Petru kept knocking him back so he finally stopped his flirtations and tried dating another. This is where things get interesting for Petru who really doesn’t have a handle on his emotions. Once Bashiri’s life is endangered Petru struggles to understand the feelings he experiences. So begins his enlightenment but there’s a teeny tiny problem as the villain of the piece basically wants the end of Bashiri to reach her goals.
I loved watching Petru struggle his way through and then freely accepting his feelings for Bashiri. When these two wonderful characters finally got together the chemistry between them ignites and the steam rises. Of course the matter of Bashiri being in danger was forefront for them both. Alliances with new interesting paranormals are are made, old friends come to assist and Petru and Bashiri get their well deserved HEA.
The plot had me fully invested from the very beginning and the cast of characters kept things interesting. I would advise that you read the series in order for maximum enjoyment.
