This book was like a combination of [b:Beauty Queens|9464733|Beauty Queens|Libba Bray|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1289410187s/9464733.jpg|10808145] by Libba Bray and [b:The Knife of Never Letting Go|2118745|The Knife of Never Letting Go (Chaos Walking, #1)|Patrick Ness|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1277071696s/2118745.jpg|2124180] by Patrick Ness. Except I really like those two books and this one was just so lackluster in comparison. The cultural criticism felt so juvenile and Titus was just boring. Which is a shame since it had come highly recommended to me.
