I liked the book, but I didn't love it. When I read the blurb, it sounded really promising because it was a celebrity romance and had the bodyguard and fake dating tropes which I enjoy. Unfortunately, I had trouble connecting with the writing, I guess it was because I'm more used to reading 1st person POVs than 3rd person POVs but I felt like it jumped a lot between Taylor and Natalie, and sometimes I was lost and didn't know who she was talking about. As a result, I didn't connect with the characters and the miscommunication was annoying because a lot could have been solved a lot faster if they just talked to each other like adults. The story definitely has some fun and cute aspects like the friendships, the stargazing, and the cute little cat they found and adopted. However, it felt surface level many times, and I just wanted a bit more character growth.
