a great read for everyone to remember that no is always an option and that yes is only the answer if you really want it to be!

i love that this book gives so many scenes and examples of what could happen and that it also gives ways to answer for the type of yes say-er you are. (i am a combination of people pleaser, perfectionist and pushover or as i personally enjoy calling it “the trifecta p’s for never getting/doing what i really want”) so this book did offer so good opinions and tips.

it’s defiantly a book i will revisit in the future.

if you want to learn how to say no but have no clue where to start with that and are in desperate need of some helpful examples and tips?
great book for that!
