Wow, what a book. I absolutely loved these characters and their banter, as well as the found family dynamics. I cried multiple times listening to this, even once in the car where my dad saw me and got very concerned. This is probably my favorite rom-com book I’ve ever read; it was equal parts hilarious and serious. I was so ready to give this book 5 stars until the end, unfortunately. The drama with the other woman being a bitch was really weird to see in a novel published in 2022, and then final climax scene kind of came out of left field.

Still, I adored Jack and Hannah, and I loved Hannah’s character too. Her growth was so amazing and satisfying to read. I will definitely be reading more from Katherine Center, this was a really phenomenally written book.
