I love Alex Bell's middle grade books. She has an amazing imagination and all her books are quirky and magical. I honestly think I would recognise one of her books even with no author listed in the cover. 

While I don't think this book is as good as the Explorer's Club series, I still loved it. It's fun and wholesome and I adore all the book magic (seriously I want keys that can take me to every library in the world please). I also really liked all of the characters, even the ones who only appeared briefly. 

The book comes out in February 2024 and I highly recommend picking it up.
