I didn't hate this book at all, however I also didn't come in with the anticipation of learning a ton about this specific album. My dad has always been a huge Beach Boys fan, and this was one of the books he recommended to me for the year. I started reading it while running on the treadmill tbh and I actually found it really interesting. I didn't know really any of the info in the book, and thought it moved quickly to keep my attention and not drag.
