This book was a quick and creepy read that made me uncomfortable many times. Adam is your typical creepy af little boy who bats his pretty eyes and talks sweetly while he literally sucks the life out of the adults around him.

No amount of coffee is going to improve this situation.

Phil’s life spirals out of control and into a complete abyss when he is all of a sudden daddy to our sweet little monster Adam, who keeps Phil on a short leash and makes him a prisoner in his own home.

It wasn’t the story I was expecting but it was enjoyable and creepy, perfect for an October read.
