paddlefoot55 's review for:
The Forever Girl
by Jill Shalvis
ARC received from author for an honest review.
I am not going to lie, I did struggle with the first, say, 40% of this story (I hate saying that about a Jill Shalvis book).
The main struggle I had was with our main lady Maze, her sister's fiance and her sister.
They frustrated the heck out of me and I had to put the book aside a few times.
However , from there, to me things took a turn for the better, and I loved the rest of the book.
This is a tale about family, forgiveness and falling in love.
I adore the connections between all the siblings, and the way they eventually open up to each other.
I knew Ms Shalvis wouldn't disappoint me, and redeemed all the things I had found frustrating.
