Warbreaker by Brandon Sanderson

Rating: 4.5/5 Stars
A breath can make you sense the world in more richer ways and the more you have the better you experience the world. You can give other people breaths and you can control inanimate items with breath. The God King is supposed to get a wife and Idris sends a different daughter to be his bride. Siri wasn’t supposed to be the bride and her older sister Vivenna was supposed to, but she must navigate the palace and court while learning about the world she is in. Vivenna wants to save her sister from Hallandren and the God King. But, she gets in a bind. War is looming between Hallendren and Idris. Will they all be able to stop the war?
I’ve been warned that this book starts off slow and I can attest that it really does, but I still enjoyed the world building with the character development. I really love the relationship between Susebron and Siri. I would totally be bored not being able to really leave the palace like Susebron and Siri because they have to be protected. The mercenaries in this book were hilarious. I enjoyed all the characters and loved Lightsong. I really love the humor Brandon Sanderson makes. This book came out around 2009 or 2010 and this book needs a freaking sequel! I need more. I totally recommend this book. Also, I only read this between Words and Radiance and Oathbringer because supposedly I’ll see characters and things in Oathbringer. But, guess who starts Oathbringer tonight?! Me!
