How to Be Ace: A Memoir of Growing Up Asexual
by Rebecca Burgess
emotional
hopeful
informative
inspiring
medium-paced
Whether you're ace or not, this book is definitely a recommendation.
Asexuality is very underrepresentated. Not many know what it is. It should be common knowledge.
I've been questioning my own sexuality for a long time. I suspect I'm somewhere on the ace spectrum. While I did not relate to everything in this memoir, it still felt very important to me. This book is important. And I don't need to relate to something for it to be important.
This book still helped me on my journey to figure myself out.
Also, the art is amazing!
