The Te of Piglet
by Benjamin Hoff
A longer and more in depth discussion of the Tao than the previous book, this volume was written ten years later and focuses on Piglet as the personification (Pigletification?) of the Taoist idea of small being mighty. What is truly heartbreaking and wonderful about this book is that despite its 1992 publication date, the issues it covers (environmentalism, military spending, horrible conservative presidents) are as painfully relevant today as they were twenty five years ago -- if not more so, because we haven't made anything better. Would recommend to anyone looking for an interesting study of the Tao, either in a scholarly way or a life path kind of way.
