If you know me even remotely, you know that I am Disney-obsessed. 🏰 Like - give me all the Disney - movies, merchandise, and definitely books whether they’re back stories or retellings - I want it all! So, needless to say when I saw this retelling of Peter Pan, I was here for it!! ..until I wasn’t. 😒 

Without spoiling the book - this is the most brief synopsis I can give. This is a story about Wendy and Peter Pan (maybe some fan fiction?) and their mission to save the children that are going missing in Wendy’s hometown. And..that’s pretty much it. One million chapters of this. 🙅🏻‍♀️

Maybe it was because it was an audiobook…but I wanted to give up and return this book almost every time I turned it on to listen. I, however, have this weird thing about finishing every and all books - no matter how bad! And this was…this was a doozy, that’s for sure.  🏁 

There were definitely a few surprises that I didn’t expect or didn’t see coming - mostly towards the end. So, that’s the reason for at least giving this two stars. But, beyond that..I just cannot. 🧚‍♀️
