A good fantasy, engrossing and entertaining.
I liked how this book mixes different tropes and manage to talk about serious topics like religious extremism.
Heloise, the MC, is well thought and interesting and all the characters are well thought.
Even if I didn't read the other books in this series I had no issues with the characters or the plot.
Recommended.
Many thanks to the publisher and Edelweiss for this ARC, all opinions are mine.
