The Husband's Secret
by Liane Moriarty
I originally started reading this book over a year ago, Liane did not hook me in within the first few chapters and so I gave it up. Fast forwarding to 10 days ago and I decided to give it another go. (I've just finished her debut novel "Three Wishes"). Again a poor start of thought however I'm not giving up - I hit mid way and I'm willing the book to get better and then bingo! The final third finally delivers! Unlike many of the reviews I've read on here I actually loved the Epilogue, it was for me a great plot twist and thought provoking.
What frustrates me the most about Liane Moriarty books is that I really want to dislike them but I find myself persevering through to get to the final chapters. Why? Grrr! Chances are I shall read a couple more of her novels in the future with the hope that I'll find that little gem...the one that lives up to the quote "a real page turner or unputdownable"!
