This one took me a little longer to read than I thought it would but I think that's because I was reading so much just before starting this and needed a little break.

This would've been 5 stars if I had been more hooked in and didn't put it down. Also, the world building situation is getting really weird because I haven't read the original trilogy. I didn't even know there was an original trilogy until AFTER I finished the first book of this duology. The world building didn't bug me in the first book but now it's getting harder to ignore.
