i stand by my origional assessment of this book, it has whimsy, it has raunchy, it had what i assume might have been humour, and i had no idea what was going on most of the time. descriptions are wonderful, and occassionally aggressively Welsh which amuses me, but if there was a story it went straight over my head. I am just not too sure where i stand on this one. when i finish a book i usually ramble for a bit, but i have nothing. as i said before, this book was a fever dream, and like the intense and absurd dreams a fever brings, I am just not sure if it was a good experience or not. Dylan Thomas undoubtedly has a way with words, I am just not quite sure what kind of way that is
