i liked molly and her „eccentric“ behavior but i felt like the book was mocking people that are different and often misunderstood, habe difficulties in typical social situations and are often already taken advantage off. this book made molly out as if her characteristics t hast i saw as something similar to autistic behavior to be this funny anecdotic little quirks, instead of actual uncontrollable behavior that is normal and unchangable for most people. 

so i dislike that.

also that molly behaved oddly and against her own rules too often to make sense. 

i didn’t find the „funny“ moments on any way funny rather over the top moments and situations.

the crime elements were okay but nothing special and not done overly well in comparison to other books that are similar.

so sadly for me this book didn’t work. mostly because i really struggled to not feel like the author was making fun of molly and people that are actually real and struggle with the things molly did. 

that’s a very personal take but it made it hard for me to enjoy the book.

if you don’t mind that and enjoy this type of humor i am sure this book will be great for you.
