The writing was simple, but didn't grab my attention. It dragged a little, describing events from the past to character build instead of showing it in present action. The author also needs to look a bit into how to format for kindle and decide whether to write from Pheonix's point of view from 1st or 3rd because she did both. Potential, but not quite ready to be read.
