DNF at page 189.

I so wanted to love this book. The writing is in the same vein as V E Schwab’s the Invisible life of Addie Larue, which has my soul, but I just couldn’t get into this book.
I didn’t know what it was about, or how the stories all connected. I tried to go with it, but I couldn’t.
The stories are beautiful, and the tale intriguing but it’s just not for me. I feel like I may come back to it, but for the moment I’ll leave it.
