I absolutely love Fry's writing style and thoroughly enjoyed this book. The only thing which bothered me was the way it jumped around in terms of decade - one chapter Adrian was in school, the next he was a teacher, the next he was in his twenties. However, as a disclaimer I chose to read this book during a very long and turbulent plane trip - I'm going to give it a reread at some stage in a more peaceful and relaxing setting!
