It wasn't as steamy as the first book, and I don't think I liked it as much... sometimes series like these rely too heavily on already established relationships/friendships and leave them to just exist without any development which is just... bad storytelling. However, hypocritically enough I liked that they were friends without needing anything new from their relationship. Etc. Idk it was still dumb though and bad shut up.
