Two teens are connected by a book about Marvels and Oddities, they just don't know it yet. One is a passionate voice for justice, the other is struggling to let his family know about his diagnosis with MS. Their story intersects in different ways in Doha. I liked a lot of things about this story. I liked the way Islam is integrated in both their stories and is part of their relationship. I liked seeing Doha as a location. I found it a very enjoyable read, although quiet.
