I didn't know the story of Rudy Vrba before reading this book, and now I'm glad to know it. I was seeing parallels between what has happening in Germany to the lead-up of WWII and what is happening today in many countries across the world. It's a little scary. This is a fast paced read with a lot to recommend it for middle and high school audiences.
