Mini-Review:
I didn’t know who this was before reading. I just had so many people recommend it. I did the audiobook version, which was the way to go. This book was a little all over the place but it’s kind of what I liked about it. She goes off on these long tangents of events that happened or what she’s thinking.` It kind of gives you another look at how anxiety can work. I have some anxiety myself and it’s kind of like that. The smallest thing can just make your mind wander like crazy with endless possibilities. Sometimes it was a lot and I did find myself zoning out a bit. It’s okay though. She would say something hilarious to real me back in. Anyways, I really enjoyed this. She shined a light on depression and anxiety, mostly about hers, in a lighthearted and funny way. I laughed so much throughout this book because it is quite funny. I flew through it and I really enjoyed my time reading it.
