I am a Holly Jackson Fan. If you are not into thrillers/mysteries this is not going to be the book for you.

We are following six teens/mid-twenty folks as they take an RV down for spring break. Once the RV 'breaks down', the group realizes they are in for a deadly night. One of them has a secret, and they have to share it, or no one will survive.

Our main narrator is Red. To me, she's kind of an unreliable narrator following a similar style to 'We Were Liars' by E. Lockhart. I enjoyed how Red wasn't focused on the situation the entire time, I think it shows how much her past effects her and her current decisions making process.

I was suspicious of EVERY character, but Holly wrote enough clues in that I got confused, talked myself out of one of my theories, which ended up coming true! Usually I can stick by my initial thoughts, but she wove the tale so well I was twisted and shocked by the end.

An absolutely enjoyable read. I would check twigger warnings if you're just getting into thrillers/mysteries.
