**read via audiobook at 1.35 speed. Narrated by three different people with Georgian accents making it a little difficult to understand at times. I suppose I could’ve slowed the speed down a little and it would’ve been better**
This story broke my heart. My heart aches for Roy, who did absolutely nothing wrong, and for his wife, who missed her husband and just hadn’t had a chance to form the strong bond needed to survive such inhumane circumstances. A thought-provoking read that left me mindful and sad for several reasons.
