After reading the first one I didn’t have a lot of hopes from this one. However, this is a much more refined effort from the author. This still could’ve been a 100pages shorter, there’s way too much description of ‘feelings’. There’s nothing wrong with feelings ofcourse but for the narrative I felt that the feelings could’ve been dialled down and the action dialled up a notch.

There are still a lot of loose ends and plot holes but I enjoyed this book more than the first.
