Enjoyable parts about biology and evolution. Good motivation to add balance to workouts. My mother died from a fall and I read this because I've been to physical therapy for balance and si joint dysfunction. I think other readers are too hard on this book but like them I skimmed chapters on circus performers and pilots, etc., which might interest some. Peter Attia's book Outlive has an excellent chapter about stability which I recommend for more practical info.
