A cookbook for nothing but potatoes, bring it on! There are so many varieties. Do not be afraid of purple potatoes, I can say they are delicious without trying anything in this book. What is nice is that they explain the different types and how best to use each. The book is well laid out, has excellent pictures and easy to follow instructions. They even have visual instructions in places (thank goodness).
