Due to her fantastic story telling ability Barbara Elsborg has gifted us with another brilliantly written book. With a perfect balance of all the necessary elements - strong main characters, an engaging complex plot, romance, suspense, action and adventure - I was kept turning the pages desperately wanting to find out what happens next.

Circumstances bring the jaded, introverted Delaney (37) and the ever smiling Tag (24) together and sets them on a path that happens to include evil villains, circumspect colleagues, the unexpected gift of a plush toy and eventually a well deserved and hard earned HEA for these two wonderful characters. The intriguing side characters all play their part in keeping things very interesting and I enjoyed every moment of this original book which at times had my heart hurting but left me smiling at the end. Highly recommended.
