This would be a fun book to do at story time. I can see the kids getting into the sounds the train makes between stops, plus describing the animals in rhyming pattern is fun. However, the “all aboard” sections do not have the same flow and it breaks up the stories. The illustrations are fun and I can see it getting lots of use, but I also think it could have been done better.
