The First Mistake
by Sandie Jones
Alice is a woman with the world at her feet. ....a successful business and a wonderful family with her second husband. Also a best friend, Beth, she can commiserate with. The loss of Tom was hard on Alice but she found she could become happy again with Nathan.
I really liked the way it was written- Alice present day, then backgriundy on Beth, then ball to the present with them both.
I can't do into much detail as Beth without giving things away but I gotta say- her story seemed so nice and sweet until the end.
I figured out a part of the ending on page 108, but that fully didn't stop me from enjoying finding out about it all and the true motivation around it all. The story just gets crazier and crazier.
At least Alice gets to keep one part of her story perfect.
