I think as humans we all know what it’s like to want something, but something or someone tells us that we can’t have it, or we aren’t worthy or it’s not meant for us, or, or, or. Unfortunately I think it’s part of the human condition to believe those stories! Some of us go on believing it our whole lives, and some come to the realization early enough to be able to act on it. I think Martha’s story can be understood by everyone fighting against ourselves to find what we want. To find that we are worthy. To find that we can have it, we just have to grab it. This story is so human. Disjointed, unhinged, zero filter, human.
